SUPERVISION, QUALITY CONTROL AND SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT FOR THE WORKS IN THE ESQUIPULAS MACRO-SECTOR, POTABLE WATER AND SANITARY SEWERAGE NETWORK IN THE 31 DE DICIEMBRE NEIGHBORHOOD, MANAGUA
General Description
The project consisted of technical supervision and quality control of the construction of drinking water and sanitary sewerage works of the condominium type, aimed at improving the service and expanding coverage in the south of Esquipulas, specifically in the Coro de Ángeles Unit. The executed works included the renovation and optimization of conduits, including hydraulic and sanitary components fundamental to guaranteeing sustainable access to basic services. Supervised components: Preliminary works Construction of conduction line Installation of pipes in the Coro de Ángeles Unit Application of accident mitigation and prevention measures Cleaning and final delivery of works activities In addition to the technical work, the Social Development and Training component was executed, focused on the education and awareness of the beneficiaries, with the aim of promoting the responsible use of services and strengthening community participation. This project significantly contributed to the improvement of the quality of life of the beneficiary population through the provision of efficient and sustainable basic services.

El proyecto consistió en la supervisión técnica y control de calidad de la construcción de obras de agua potable y alcantarillado sanitario tipo condominial, destinadas a mejorar el servicio y ampliar la cobertura en el sur de Esquipulas, específicamente en la Unidad Coro de Ángeles. Las obras ejecutadas comprendieron la renovación y optimización de conducciones, incluyendo componentes hidráulicos y sanitarios fundamentales para garantizar el acceso sostenible a los servicios básicos. Componentes supervisados: Obras preliminares Construcción de línea de conducción Instalación de tuberías en la Unidad Coro de Ángeles Aplicación de medidas de mitigación y prevención de accidentes Actividades de limpieza y entrega final de obras Además de los trabajos técnicos, se ejecutó el componente de Desarrollo Social y Capacitación, enfocado en la educación y concienciación de los beneficiarios, con el fin de promover el uso responsable de los servicios y fortalecer la participación comunitaria. Este proyecto contribuyó significativamente a la mejora de la calidad de vida de la población beneficiaria mediante la provisión de servicios básicos eficientes y sostenibles.
