Technical Details of the Supervised Infrastructure The service station is located on a total surface area of 1,501.43 m², optimized to house the different operational and administrative areas. The total built area is 420.90 m², distributed strategically for the functionality and safety of operations. The key components of the construction, under strict technical supervision, included: Storage Tanks: A designated area of 52 m² for the installation of underground tanks, ensuring their tightness, leak detection systems, and compliance with specific regulations for the storage of liquid fuels and NGV. Supervision included verification of containment pits and ventilation and discharge systems. Technical Room: With a surface area of 30 m², this area houses control equipment, electrical systems, pumping systems, and inventory and dispensing monitoring systems. Supervision focused on the correct installation of safety systems, fire protection systems, and compliance with relevant electrical and mechanical regulations. Administrative Office: A 90 m² space dedicated to operational management and customer service. Supervision here verified the functionality, safety, and accessibility of the facilities, including communication and security systems. Canopy: A 250 m² protection structure, designed to cover the dispensing islands and protect users and equipment from the weather. Technical supervision ensured the structural integrity, rainwater drainage system, and adequate lighting. Project supervision was fundamental to ensuring that each phase of construction, from civil work to the installation of specialized equipment, complied with applicable national and international regulations for service stations, guaranteeing operational safety and environmental protection.
