FINAL DESIGN STUDY FOR THREE METALLIC RAILWAY BRIDGES

General Description

This project aims to develop the detailed engineering for the construction of a new railway terminal in Arani, as part of the Rehabilitation of the Cochabamba – Arani Railway Section. The final design study will include: Demand Analysis and Complementary Studies: Evaluation of operational needs and future demand, including specific topographic and geotechnical studies of the site. Integral Design of the Terminal: Development of architectural, structural, and installation designs (electrical, sanitary, mechanical, security) of the terminal, considering accessibility and efficiency. Interconnection Design: Planning of vehicular and pedestrian accesses, as well as the connection with the existing railway infrastructure. Equipment Specification: Definition of the necessary equipment for the operation of the terminal. Detailed Technical Documentation: Preparation of technical specifications, detailed budget, construction plans, and bidding documents. Environmental Assessment: Study of the environmental impacts of construction and operation. The completion of this study will provide the complete technical documentation for the construction of a modern and functional railway terminal in Arani, essential for the modernization of the regional railway system.
