FINAL DESIGN STUDY FOR THREE METALLIC RAILWAY BRIDGES
General Description
This project aims to develop the detailed engineering for the construction of a new railway terminal in Arani, as part of the Rehabilitation of the Cochabamba – Arani Railway Section. The final design study will include: Demand Analysis and Complementary Studies: Evaluation of operational needs and future demand, including specific topographic and geotechnical studies of the site. Integral Design of the Terminal: Development of architectural, structural, and installation designs (electrical, sanitary, mechanical, security) of the terminal, considering accessibility and efficiency. Interconnection Design: Planning of vehicular and pedestrian accesses, as well as the connection with the existing railway infrastructure. Equipment Specification: Definition of the necessary equipment for the operation of the terminal. Detailed Technical Documentation: Preparation of technical specifications, detailed budget, construction plans, and bidding documents. Environmental Assessment: Study of the environmental impacts of construction and operation. The completion of this study will provide the complete technical documentation for the construction of a modern and functional railway terminal in Arani, essential for the modernization of the regional railway system.

Este proyecto tiene como objetivo la elaboración de la ingeniería de detalle para la construcción de una nueva terminal ferroviaria en Arani, como parte de la Rehabilitación del Tramo Ferroviario Cochabamba – Arani. El estudio a diseño final comprenderá: Análisis de Demanda y Estudios Complementarios: Evaluación de necesidades operativas y demanda futura, incluyendo estudios topográficos y geotécnicos específicos del emplazamiento. Diseño Integral de la Terminal: Desarrollo de los diseños arquitectónico, estructural y de instalaciones (eléctricas, sanitarias, mecánicas, seguridad) de la terminal, considerando accesibilidad y eficiencia. Diseño de Interconexión: Planificación de accesos vehiculares y peatonales, así como la conexión con la infraestructura ferroviaria existente. Especificación de Equipamiento: Definición del equipamiento necesario para la operación de la terminal. Documentación Técnica Detallada: Elaboración de especificaciones técnicas, presupuesto detallado, planos constructivos y documentos licitatorios. Evaluación Ambiental: Estudio de los impactos ambientales de la construcción y operación. La finalización de este estudio proporcionará la documentación técnica completa para la construcción de una terminal ferroviaria moderna y funcional en Arani, esencial para la modernización del sistema ferroviario regional.
