FINAL DESIGN STUDY FOR THE CONSTRUCTION AND IMPLEMENTATION OF THE SEED CONDITIONING UNIT UAS - TARIJA

General Description

This project consists of the Final Design Study for the construction and assembly of a complete agroindustrial plant on a 17,000 m² plot strategically located next to the international highway to Argentina. The plant is designed to carry out the integral processing of seeds, covering the stages of cleaning, drying, size classification (with a standardizer), density separation (using three densimetric tables), weighing and storage. The internal transportation system will be based on ten bucket elevators that will feed the different processing equipment. The bulk storage capacity will be ensured by four 100-ton silos each, complemented by a 50-ton dispatch silo to speed up distribution. For the conservation of special batches, a cold room with environmental control will be included. The plant will also have a truck scale for weight control in reception and dispatch. Additionally, the design includes support facilities that include administrative offices, housing for personnel, a dining room and kitchen, bathroom blocks and a laboratory equipped for quality control of seeds. The final product of the plant will be conditioned seeds, i.e., clean, with the right level of humidity, uniformly classified, precisely weighed and stored in optimal conditions for subsequent marketing.
