IMPLEMENTATION OF BALANCED FOOD PROCESSING PLANT IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PALOS BLANCOS

General Description

This strategic project consists of the development and implementation of a modern balanced feed processing plant aimed at supplying national markets for the bovine, porcine, and poultry sectors. The initiative encompasses the comprehensive construction of infrastructure, the installation of state-of-the-art equipment and machinery, the implementation of an efficient electrical system, and the adoption of environmental mitigation measures to ensure sustainable operation. The project will be developed through the following key phases: Construction and Equipment: Building of facilities and acquisition of necessary machinery and equipment for production. Installation and Assembly: Assembly and commissioning of all plant components. Testing and Operational Optimization: Verification of the plant's optimal functioning and adjustment of production processes. Knowledge Transfer and Training: Development of local capabilities through technological and intellectual transfer for equipment operation and maintenance. Implementation and Commercialization: Start of large-scale production and distribution of balanced feed in the regional markets of La Paz and Beni. The plant will have a complete and functional infrastructure, including: Reception and Storage of Raw Materials: Truck scale, input storage pit, grain cleaning area, helical conveyors, and grain elevator. Grain Storage: 2 storage silos with a capacity of 100 tons each. Processing and Mixing: Precision scale, 6 finished feed storage silos of 40 tons each, high-efficiency mill, pressing system, pre-mix area, and horizontal helical mixer. Specialized Processing and Packaging: Extruder for specific foods, automatic packaging machine, and industrial sewing machine. Finished Product Storage: Space dedicated to storing balanced feed ready for distribution. Support Infrastructure: Administrative offices, staff dining room, caretaker's house, control gate, access and internal roads, perimeter lighting system, and security fencing. Strategically located on a 13-hectare site, this processing plant represents much more than an investment in physical assets. It stands as a transcendent opportunity for economic diversification, direct and indirect job creation, and strengthening of the economy of the Palos Blancos municipality. By establishing local production of high-quality balanced feed, the project will position the region as a key and competitive player within the agro-livestock value chain at the regional level.
